Terms of Service

Last updated September 1, 2026.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Covenant Pools, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or participate in any league.

2. The service

Covenant Pools is a free entertainment platform for running pick-against-the-spread and totals competitions across NFL and NCAA College Football. It is not a sportsbook and does not offer, facilitate, or be involved in real-money wagering of any kind.

3. Virtual points

Leagues operate on virtual points only. Points are scorekeeping units with no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred, or withdrawn, and are not redeemable for any monetary prize or consideration. No tier of the service involves, offers, or implies real-money wagering.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to compromise its integrity or security, automatically grade or manipulate results, use automated scripts to place wagers, or impersonate another person. Commissioners and players must act in good faith.

6. Commissioner and player responsibilities

Commissioners set league rules, balances, and limits, and may adjust them with a logged reason. Players agree to abide by their league's rules. All balance changes are recorded on an immutable ledger visible to members.

7. Data and results

Schedules, odds, and scores are sourced from third-party data providers and may be delayed or incorrect. We are not liable for feed errors, and we provide manual override tools so leagues are not blocked by bad data.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes within a league are resolved by the league commissioner, whose determinations are final. For service-level issues, contact us via the details on our Contact page.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covenant Pools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. League data may be retained for archive and dispute-resolution purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
